A women-led crew redefining the trades

Girl Flip Construction is a family-owned company on a mission to support women in construction, built on the belief that great work and a great experience are not a trade-off. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, take on full-home renovations, and handle the projects other crews pass on, all across LA and the Valley. Erica has been featured on HGTV and Hulu's Designed to Last.

Erica Anenberg is a visionary in construction with 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience. Known for her innovative approach, she delivers standout projects like showcase spa bathrooms, outdoor waterpark pools, and unique features like a 10-foot trap door. With a background in photography, glass, and jewelry design, she blends artistry with technical expertise. As seen on HGTV, she has worked with Tarek El Moussa, Carnie Wilson, Kourtney Kardashian, and Travis Barker. Committed to creating opportunities for women in construction, Erica is a transformative leader redefining the industry.

Beth, our Head of Sales and Operations, brings twenty-five years of expertise in sales and marketing. She excels in business development, account management, and processes, specializing in maximizing efficiency and delivering exceptional results. As the supportive wife of Erica, our General Contractor, Beth collaborates with her in their shared dedication to construction excellence, community relations, and inclusive messaging.
